In February 2015 Natalie was invited to be the inaugural samba teacher at The Dance Workshop, North Perth, and she has been the Managing Director of Fanfarra Entertainment from November 2015. Known for her fast hip movements and boundless energy, Natalie brings her 28 years of technical dance training together with her down-to-earth demeanour to deliver classes and performances that are not only fun, glamourous and sexy but also have a keen focus on technique, styling and stage presence. Since returning to Perth in 2013, Natalie quickly became a regular on the samba professional performance circuit, performing alongside established Perth samba dancers at corporate and community events, as well as being selected as a solo performer to open Bollywood superstar Kanika Kapoor’s Perth event in 2014. Natalie was a member of Kokoloco’s Performance Teams for Samba No Pe, Reggaeton and Salsa Shines, performing at major events in Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne. During her time in the eastern states she also trained with one of Australia’s most sought-after samba professionals, Becky Fleming (Director of Kokoloco Dance Studio and esteemed judge of Australian Samba Queen competition).
